The Ombudsman for Children is a non-profit organisation. We work locally, regionally and nationally, always close to children. Our office is located in Uppsala.
Our vow of silence
We are not sworn to secrecy. This is our vow of silence.
- We will not tell anyone that you have contacted us.
- But if a child is in danger, we will tell social services or the police. If we intend to do so, we will tell you.
- We do not keep any medical records. You can remain anonymous when you contact us.

Lisa Skiöld
Head of Operations
Lisa works in the areas of collaboration, advocacy and information, as well as support cases. She is the head of operations and personnel manager. Lisa is also the publisher responsible for barnombudet.se and Word.
Karin Mellin
Amplifier
Karin works to strengthen the voices of children and young people. She also works on support cases.

Administrator
Johannes is in charge of financial administration and membership issues.

Elin is one of the project leaders of Growing Together.

Irupé is the Children's Commissioner's communicator and one of the project leaders of Growing Together.
